Kids 1st Gosforth Easter Fair

Last weekend children and staff at Kids 1st Gosforth held an Easter Fair to raise money for The Children’s Foundation.

The fair was attended by lots of Gosforth families and raised over £340 for the Newcastle children’s charity. There was lots for the children to get involved in including an Easter Bonnet competition, won by Joel, and also an Easter Egg Hunt with Courage the lion. As you can see from the photos everyone had a wonderful afternoon!

Kids 1st Nurseries are organising 25 events this year to celebrate The Children’s Foundation’s 25 year anniversary. We aim to raise money throughout the year, one event for every year that The Children’s Foundation has campaigned for the health and well-being of children and young people in the North East, to be the best in the country.

The Children’s Foundation is the leading regional children’s healthcare charity covering the North East and Cumbria. They aim to make the health of children and young people in the region the best in the country. Our current focus is on the relief of distress, disability and disadvantage.

Thank you to the staff team at Kids 1st Gosforth for organising such a memorable Easter Fair and for raising so much money for The Children’s Foundation.
